Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe that content available on this website infringes your copyright, you may send us a written notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review the request and may remove or disable access to the material.

What to include in a DMCA notice

To help us process your request quickly, please include all of the following:

• Your full legal name and a way to contact you (email address and/or phone number)
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list)
• The exact URL(s) on CouponEssentials where the allegedly infringing material appears
• A statement that you have a good‑faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

Where to send notices

Please email DMCA notices to: rathishblog@gmail.com. Include “DMCA Takedown” in the subject line and provide the URLs so we can locate the content quickly.

Counter‑notification

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter‑notification. A counter‑notification should include:

• Your name, address, and contact information
• The URL(s) of the material that was removed or disabled (if available)
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good‑faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local federal district court (or, if outside the United States, an appropriate judicial body) and that you will accept service of process from the complainant
• Your physical or electronic signature

If we receive a valid counter‑notification, we may forward it to the original complainant and, where appropriate, restore the material unless the complainant files a court action within the time period provided by applicable law.

Repeat infringement

In appropriate circumstances, we may restrict or terminate access for users who repeatedly submit infringing content.
